the journey of resilience and motivation

Yo I’m Tyrese!

I’m a speaker, athlete, model and someone who’s learned how to start over more times than I can count, and come back stronger every time.

From going to state school in London, school in Dubai and boarding school in the Midlands...
From sprinting my way into millions of timelines at 15…
To playing pro rugby in the UK…
To earning a scholarship across the world for American football…
To now being recognised by the WWE, my life has been a ride.

But here’s what most people don’t see…

Behind the headlines and highlight reels, there’s been pressure, identity loss, injuries, reinvention, and moments where I questioned it all. I’ve walked into rooms where I didn’t feel I belonged, and left with something to prove, and I’ve rebuilt my confidence from scratch, more than once.

And that’s where my real story lives.

Now, I speak to people, make content for every type of person, letting them know that anything is possible… whether they’re students, athletes, teams, or professionals who are trying to figure out their next move. I help them find identity, direction, and fire… even when the path doesn’t make sense. Especially when it doesn’t make sense.

Because the truth is:
You don’t need to have it all figured out.
You just need to be willing to keep showing up.

That’s what I’ve done. And that’s what I help others do, too.

I had just done an NFL combine but was told that my numbers would be top 10 in comparison to guys in my position going into the nfl, but was told that my position was oversaturated. I had to play in Europe, we started so Well, I was balling… then I broke my hand and had to have surgery 3 games into the season…

The doctor told me that I had to be out for 8-10 weeks, but I was told that if I was not able to play within the next 4 weeks, I would get released. What did I do? Check the video on the right just above…

Another injury?

I had travelled to Houston, training from 8-10AM and 3-4PM (and sometimes extra sessions in between that), alongside working a full-time sales job fully remote from 5am-11pm to fit in timings. I managed to fight my way into getting a pro day infront of the New York Giants, New York Jets and Edmonton Elks.

It was 10 degrees and raining…

My 1 big opportunity after all these sacrifices, and that’s the weather I get?
Okay God, you are a comedian but I will laugh with you!
I performed well, and even ran a 4.46s 40-yard dash in those conditions; however, I was not selected.
I then had to get more film! I went to Europe to play for the Prague Lions.

After scoring on my first drive, I then broke my foot in the 4th quarter…

After missing out on the whole season, I sat and questioned my future, my love for the game and where i would be going next until… i had a call from the jacksonville jaguars… I then worked out with them and spent EVERY DAY training with Olympic sprinters, driving over 4 hours a day… but what’s dream chasing if you aren’t willing to give it your all?

i then ran a 4.32 40 yard dash…
